It’s Tuesday, November 28th.

It is my birthday.

I forgot to do an episode yesterday And I have thoughts on those things and other stuff, so let’s do it Your Daily Lex First off I just want to brag that I’m sitting here recording this message for you drenched in sweat That’s not what I’m bragging about specifically but The I ran this morning.

I did a run my first run in a couple weeks and When I was thinking about starting my workout I was like maybe I’ll just do a 20-minute run since I haven’t run in a while I was like no, it’s your birthday.

You got to go for the whole thing.

You got to do the full 30-minute run And I did so I’m proud That I did a strength class that I did a stretching class and now I was like boy I forgot to do an episode yesterday.

I better fix that now Not that I can ever fix yesterday yesterday is done, but I can do an episode for today, so I was thinking about Jonathan man Jonathan man is a guy who does a song a day.

I think he’s still doing a song a day I can’t imagine he ever stopped because he got so far in to doing a song a day That I feel like he doesn’t think he can stop and I want to tell him he can So Jonathan does a song every single day he does That includes weekends that includes when he’s sick And he’s done more than 5,000 of these I think was an anniversary recently on November 9th, which I don’t know by heart But I just happen to see on his website while I was recording this But I was as I was thinking about how it’s okay that I missed yesterday.

It doesn’t it’s you know Jonathan feels like he has to do a song every day I feel like I do a daily podcast But if there’s a day where I’m not feeling it or a day where I don’t have the idea or I just I just don’t Want to that’s okay, too But I was reminded of a day that I remember as August 25th 2015 because that’s the date stamp on YouTube and I guess on a service then known as Twitter Jonathan had posted that he was sick and he didn’t want to write a song that day and I saw this and I Don’t remember exactly how it all happened, but I saw nothing I could help this guy out.

So I recorded him a song that I called get well soon Jonathan, man I’m gonna play it for you in a second but one bit of internet knowledge that you need to have if you don’t is that Jonathan had at one point had a Music video played at a special Apple event that Steve Jobs danced to I think was about the iPhone 4 when it had the you know You’re holding it wrong Antenna gate, whatever He wrote a song where he’s like if you don’t want an iPhone 4 don’t buy one if you bought one and you don’t like it Take it back and I reference that in this song So if you didn’t know that you wouldn’t understand what was happening But anyway, Jonathan man was sick all those years ago and I wrote him this song Get well soon Jonathan, man Getting better now should be your plan.

I need a song a day.
