For months, I’ve had a rash around my right eye and an occasional rash around my left eye Your Daily Lex I treated it in various ways.

I already had various prescription ointments from dermatologist appointments So I was trying experimenting with some of those And I could get it to go away and then we’ll come back Sometimes I could just get it to be calm and then we’ll come back Sometimes I’d like get it to go away entirely and just stop treating it and then it would come back Viciously, like it would it would go as red as my lips around my eyes a Lot around my right eye minor around my left eye.

So I saw a dermatologist and they prescribed various things which did nothing So another dermatologist after I’ve been treating it for a while with tacrolimus and that doctor was like, well, I wouldn’t use tacrolimus But it’s in remission now, so just don’t worry about it.

You move on and so I stopped treating it And of course it came back wildly And Lauren had always said you got to see this one dermatologist But she’s impossible to get appointments with like you’ll get an appointment for three months out and I kept trying to make a boys with her and giving up and then you know the best time to plant a tree blah blah blah, so I Call the office and I’m like, hey, I’d really usually I use Zocdoc not a sponsor of this show, but I call the office Okay, is there any chance I can see dr.

You know not in a thousand years and like well, how about tomorrow in you know, the office that’s not as close to you I’m like great.

So I meet this doctor for the first time And this was yesterday She looks and she’s got her I don’t know what you call her her tech her nurse.

She’s got something else looking who she’s also training She’s like, what do you think?

Like what do you think is happening here?

and That woman does not even want to hazard a guess But she’s like you definitely do have a thing and it was pretty faint yesterday because I had been treating it She’s like I see it and I showed her photos I have so many photos of gross rashes around my ass DM me if you’d like to see them and She’s like this is happening almost certainly from Either your shampoo your conditioner or whatever you put in your hair And I was like that’s shocking to me.

She’s like that’s what I think it is And so I want you to use this dumb shampoo and this dumb conditioner and like I don’t know what you’re gonna do in your hair like for styling purposes and You’re gonna go back to putting not tacrolimus, but like it’s the same medication but in lotion form You’re gonna put that on it’s gonna work much better than this greasy thing that you’ve been using and For your armpits, which I also I don’t like I just like I’m gonna have you use the same deodorant every day But you’re gonna use one that’s unscented not just all these like no harsh chemicals ones You’ve been using but when it’s unscented and that’s gonna make your armpit problem go away great so I I Was quite Curious as to how effective we all she also said I want you to smear Vaseline all around your eyes at night because my eyes tear like crazy at night She’s like you should probably see an eye doctor about that.

I’m like, I don’t know I think might be tearing from all the rashes.

I don’t know but She’s like when she’s smear vaseline all around your eyes at night So that the tears can’t get on your skin because they’re just making this worse So last night I put the lotion on I smear the vaseline all over and I go to bed and this morning It’s already so much better But I did use her preferred products.

So my hair’s been a little bit weird I also got a haircut which actually I think helped because I’ve got a I didn’t put any product in because the product I don’t know what product to put in my hair that won’t Potentially cause I irritation so whatever but it already looks so much better.

So I’m excited I can’t wait to put on medication again tonight the vaseline I don’t love putting on first of all, once you put vaseline on your fingers It’s on for the rest of your life as far as I can tell And you know, I had to put a special pillowcase on so I can have my gross face be all over that But man, I’m really hoping I get rid of this rash.

Don’t do anything rash Unless it’s gonna get rid of my rash.
